As a retired professional cosmetologist, Eboni discovered early on that her work went far beyond enhancing outer beauty. Her ability to connect with clients and offer emotional and spiritual encouragement revealed a greater calling on her life. These experiences sparked her desire to help others become the best version of themselves. Recognizing the needs of young people within her community, Eboni opened her home as a safe space for her children and their peers, offering mentorship and emotional support that laid the foundation for her life’s mission.

 

In 2019, Eboni became an author, publishing Behind These Four Walls, a powerful account of her personal journey of self-discovery and growth. Through this book, she challenges readers to invest in themselves and embrace the self-work necessary to unlock their passion and purpose. Her mentorship work deepened further in 2022 when she earned her certification as a Life and Health Coach, a milestone that allowed her to impact lives on a global scale.

 

Today, as the founder of Behind These Four Walls Coaching, Eboni provides transformative coaching services for individuals, corporations, and organizations. Her work spans one-on-one coaching, leadership coaching, and corporate coaching, with her personalized and innovative techniques empowering clients from all walks of life. She also serves as a D.O.E. vendor, delivering impactful coaching programs within the N.Y.C. school system.

 

Eboni’s coaching is driven by her faith in God and her unwavering belief in the power of transformation.
